We are looking for a Care Co-ordinator to join our At Home team.
Grade: NJC Scale 4
Salary: £20,092 – £21,748
Department: Possability People: At Home
Reports to: Registered Manager
We are seeking a dynamic person to fill the role of Care Co-ordinator within Possability People: At Home, which is a fast developing care and support service, registered with the Care Quality Commission, boasting a ‘Good’ rating. The role will enable the successful candidate to work both in an office environment and field based, supporting PAs and clients directly, a driver would be desirable.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a care related role, either residential or in someone’s home, have completed training in subjects relating to health and social care, and be seeking an exciting and challenging role.
This role is a developing one, and the chosen candidate will be able to influence the way the role supports the service, however candidates must be experienced supporting those with complex care needs; assisting to create detailed support plans and risk assessments, and be able to work in a flexible manner, to support the needs of our clients, and the evolving needs of the business.
Working Hours: Full Time – 35 Hours per week including Saturday
Salary NJC Scale 4, £20,092-£21,748 per annum
