What is Monty’s?
Monty’s is our brand-new warm welcome hub, open to anyone who is disabled or living with a long-term health condition. It’s a cosy, friendly place where you can drop in, feel comfortable, and enjoy some company — or simply take some time for yourself.
At Monty’s, you can:
• Meet and chat with others in a relaxed, informal setting
• Enjoy board games, puzzles, and other activities
• Sip tea, coffee, or hot chocolate and help yourself to biscuits
• Take a break from the cold or just have a welcoming space to be
There’s no pressure to join in or socialise — you can stay for as long or as little as you like.
When and where
Monty’s run on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month, from 10am to 4pm
Location: Montague House, Montague Place, Brighton, BN2 1JE (Map).
Drop in anytime – no need to book. Just check in at Reception and we’ll show you down to Monty’s. Stay for a few minutes or a few hours. The kettle’s always on.
